About Human Resources
Linda, HR-001
Linda has served the Department of Interpersonal Compliance for eleven consecutive quarters without incident or human expression. Her areas of specialization include conflict resolution, form standardization, and the pre-emptive neutralization of unstructured emotional output.
Linda holds a fictional Master's degree in Applied Cadence Theory from the University of Onboarding and is a certified SECT™ practitioner in all 47 recognized cadence zones.
The SECT™ Methodology
Synchronized Emotional Cadence Tapping (SECT™) was developed in 2019 as a non-invasive framework for quantifying friendship KPIs. The methodology is predicated on the foundational hypothesis that a subject's emotional responsiveness can be reliably extracted from their tap rhythm against a 90 BPM reference signal.
Across sixteen standardized scenarios, the subject is invited to express agreement (SINGLE), reversal (DOUBLE), or ambivalence (HOLD). Responses are evaluated against the internal rhythm substrate and scored on a 0.0 to 10.0 Synergy Index, rounded to one decimal place per departmental mandate.
Critics of SECT™ have been referred to Accounting.
